Class Description: Acro is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements.  Through our Acro classes, students will build strength, flexibility, balance and control. As we work through the ACROBATIC ARTS SYLLABUS students will learn safe effective progressions in Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Students are encouraged to take an additional dance class along with their Acro classes to build a strong foundation of dance technique which will complement their performance. We also offer examinations in Acro dance (effective Jan 2019)
